Who we are

Jack Media London is a full service media planning and buying agency, based in Central London. It was set up in late 2005 by co-founders, Emmie Faust and Ed Stevens, who realised that there was a need for a forward thinking media agency that understood direct response and how to make their clients’ money really work.

At the beginning of their careers they both worked in marketing/media roles in the gambling industry. Due to their niche experience in that vertical, many of Jack Media’s first wins were clients like William Hill, PKR and Pokerstars. However it wasn’t long before they picked up clients in the finance, e-commerce, retail and government sectors. Both founders have interests in other digital companies, including a publishing business and a platform traded media business. Ed has a passion for usable technology and how that can impact media campaigns, new business, every form of exercise and looking after his wife and three girls.

Emmie likes to oversee the finance and HR of the company and make sure that everyone in the office is happy. She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and two little girls.

The rest of the Jack Media team are all passionate about media planning and buying, with an in-depth understanding of direct response digital campaigns.  This is something that we believe sets us apart from other media agencies. Many of our staff have worked in major UK agencies before deciding to join us and have experience of working on campaigns in numerous sectors.
