PPC Senior Account Manager
Reporting to: Head of Media
Direct reports: 4 Managers and Executives
Remuneration:

Main responsibilities:
Manage the PPC and Facebook advertising on your portfolio of clients with the support of 4 Account Executives
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
Ensure the output of the team is of the highest standard and that they are challenged and happy in their roles
Support the Head of Media with team development/training and team appraisals
Manage the work flow of your team ensuring all deadlines are met
Manage the gathering, monitoring and analysis of performance data and ongoing strategy on a weekly basis throughout the length of the campaign
Ultimate responsibility for campaign performance. Jack Media is a direct response agency so all client campaigns have performance metrics which need to be met. It is your responsibility to manage your team’s optimisation skills to achieve these goals
Manage the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client. Establish individual requirements whereby each client receives the service necessary to retain the business
Ensure you have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your clients including billing and profit forecasts
Actively seek to increase the services offered to your clients and increase the income generated
Handle new client and campaign on-boarding
Produce work to support new business pitches and presentations
Support the Head of Media in an efficient and timely manner
Liaise with other departments to maximize campaign performance and grow Jack Media income
Person specification:

Experience required:
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in search engine marketing from an agency background
You will have previously managed others
Thorough knowledge of search and the different search engines
Experience of Facebook ads is preferred but not essential
Good knowledge of Excel and formula writing
Experience in maintaining excellent client relationships and exceeding KPI’s
Experience of gaining an in-depth knowledge of the market / client / their industry / product
Understanding of the elements required to produce an effective search campaign strategy
Skills required:
Excellent organisational skills and time management
Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team
Able to create and maintain accurate documentation within relevant timescales
Ability to present campaign results and strategy at a senior level, adapting to the knowledge level of the audience
Ability to identify new business opportunities to increase client value
Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to analyse results, identify and give reason for variance from goals
Excellent communication skills
Strong listening and questioning skills
Ability to effectively manage more junior members of staff
Excellent numerical skills
Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook skills
GAP qualified with thorough knowledge of Google advertising
